Shipping Policy

We offer shipping within Switzerland and to select international destinations. Our shipping rates are based on your location and the value and size of your order. At checkout, you’ll see the available options along with the estimated delivery times. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any customs processing.

Customs Fees and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside of Switzerland, please be aware that you may be required to pay customs fees and/or import duties. These fees are determined by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. Soft and Sassy does not have control over these charges, and they are not included in the shipping fee or the order total at checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office or postal service for more information on potential costs prior to ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which allows you to monitor your package's journey.

Domestic Shipping (Switzerland 🇨🇭)

  • Free Shipping for orders of 100 CHF or more.
  • For orders under 100 CHF:
    • 8.50 CHF for packages up to 2 kg.
    • 11.50 CHF for packages weighing 2 kg to 10 kg.
  • Shipped with Swiss Post for fast and reliable delivery.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days.

International Shipping 🌍

We offer shipping to European, Scandinavian, and Central European countries via UPS for secure and efficient delivery.

  • Flat rate: 42.20 CHF per order.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (depending on the destination).

Countries We Ship To:

  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Hungary.
  • Scandinavia: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
