Return Policy
At Soft and Sassy, we want you to feel fabulous with every purchase! If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered.
Returns Window:: You can return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
Condition of Returns: We ask that items be returned in the same condition they were received. This means:
- Original tags must be attached.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, tears, or damages.
- No signs of wear, including perfume, deodorant, or other smells
Return Shipping Cost: Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.
Refunds: Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Exchanges: We offer store credit if you would like to exchange for a different item. Upon a successful return, we will issue you a personalized code. All exchanges are final.
Gift Exchanges: Gifted items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
